We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Below we inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing.

3. Contact Form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details (name, email address, phone if provided, and your message) will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(a) and (b) GDPR. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

4. Hosting & Server Logs

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed). This processing is based on our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

5. Google Maps

To display our location we embed map material from Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is not loaded automatically. Only after you deliberately click "Load map" is any data (including your IP address) transferred to Google and cookies set. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), given by that click. 6. Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies or comparable technologies that allow an analysis of how the website is used (e.g. pages viewed, time spent, approximate location, device used). This information is used to evaluate site usage and to produce anonymised usage statistics.

The legal basis is exclusively your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TTDSG), given via our cookie banner. Google Analytics is technically only loaded once you have agreed to the "Statistics" category. Without your consent, no data is transferred to Google whatsoever.

GA4 stores collected data for 2 or 14 months by default, depending on the data category, before automatic deletion. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the US; this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future: simply open the ; any analytics cookies already set are then actively deleted.
